MarineOps provides vessel assurance for authorities and operators: suitability and certificate review, inspection and verification, and a pre-departure clearance drawn from the vessel’s documents, crew records and, where fitted, its own sensors. Findings are recorded once and visible to everyone who needs them.
Vessel particulars, class status, statutory certificates and survey history are checked against the intended operation, from the registry record rather than a copy in an inbox.
Pre-hire, condition and pre-departure inspections are carried out on structured checklists with photographs, deficiencies and required actions, and are written to the vessel record on the spot.
Seafarer certification and fitness for duty are checked against the vessel’s safe-manning requirement; safety-management controls and procedures are reviewed against regulatory and client requirements.
Departure clearance is computed from open findings. Corrective actions are tracked to close-out and the record is retained for the owner, the charterer and the authority.

MarineOps combines maritime, offshore and compliance experience with a platform built for a national maritime administration. Inspections are carried out in Guyana by our own operations team, led by our Chief Operating Officer, and recorded directly into the vessel record.
Our approach is proportionate to the requirement: from an initial desktop review of a proposed vessel through physical inspection, mobilisation assurance and ongoing readiness monitoring. Where specialist technical expertise is required, we work with appropriately qualified marine surveyors.
